
John Miller is President and Chief Executive for Denny’s Corporation and is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company. Mr. Miller joined Denny’s in February 2011 and is an accomplished restaurant industry veteran, bringing more than 30 years of restaurant operations and management experience to the national diner chain. Prior to joining Denny’s, Mr. Miller served as CEO of Taco Bueno Restaurants, Inc. He also spent 17 years with Brinker International where he held numerous management positions, including President of Romano’s Macaroni Grill and President of Brinker’s Mexican Concepts, responsible for overseeing On the Border and Cozymel’s. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller held various operations and restaurant management positions at Unigate Restaurant/Casa Bonita in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Miller is a member of Denny’s Board of Directors.

Frances Allen is responsible for the marketing direction of the company, including the development and execution of Denny's marketing strategies and initiatives, brand positioning, advertising campaigns and menu development. Allen joined the company in July, 2010, bringing a wealth of more than 25 years of experience in consumer branding. Prior to joining Denny's, Ms. Allen previously served as Brand Marketing Officer for Dunkin' Donuts USA and held senior positions with Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, Pepsi and Frito Lay. In 2009, she was named BrandWeek's "Marketer of the Year".

Robert Rodriguez is responsible for the leadership of Denny's operations for all franchise and company locations. Rodriguez brings more than 25 years of restaurant and operations experience to Denny's, having previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Pick Up Stix, a multi-divisional franchise company in the Asian quick casual segment owned by Carlson Restaurants Worldwide. Prior to that, he was President at Dunkin' Donuts and has also held senior positions with Mrs. Field's Famous Brands, Gloria Jean's Gourmet Coffee, McDonald's and PepsiCo. Rodriguez joined Denny's in September 2010.

Mark Wolfinger is responsible for the overall financial direction of the company, including planning and analysis, as well as development and strategic alternative delivery initiatives, Information Technology and Legal. Wolfinger joined Denny's in September 2005, bringing a wealth of retail and restaurant experience as well as strategic and financial knowledge that help strengthen the brand and solidify the company's capital structure. Wolfinger previously served as CFO for Danka Business Systems and has held senior financial positions with Hollywood Entertainment, Metromedia Restaurant Group, the Grand Metropolitan PLC and operators of Bennigan's, Ponderosa Steakhouse and Steak & Ale restaurants.
